Yes, applicable sale tax will be added to all purchases shipping to New Jersey and New York.

An error message at checkout could mean a couple of things. Make sure your billing info is correct, including the card number, expiration date and the CVC security code.

If your card is expired or has an invalid expiration date, it will not go through and you will receive an error message.

If you receive a zip code validation error, we suggest calling your bank to make sure that your zip code wasn’t merged, realigned or changed.

If you have recently moved, try using your new address as well as your old one. Unfortunately, we cannot override a zip code validation in our system.

If your PayPal payment is not going through, please contact PayPal directly at 888-221-1161 to resolve any issues with your account.

Yes we do! Gift cards are available to purchase here.

All gift cards are digital and will be emailed immediately after purchase. If this gift card is for someone special, you can simply forward this email to the recipient’s email address so they can redeem it.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email and/or text confirming we have received it. Orders usually take 1-2 business days to process and once shipped you will receive a conformation email and/or text complete with your tracking number.

For orders placed with standard shipping with USPS are usually delivered within 5-7 business days, excluding holidays*. You can follow your order along within your tracking information sent via email and/or text.

Three Day:
Delivered within 3 business days. No weekend or holiday delivery schedule.
If an order is placed before 12PM EST, it will ship the same day.
If an order is placed after 12PM EST, it will ship the following business day.

Second Day Air:
Delivered within 2 business days. No weekend or holiday delivery schedule.
If an order is placed before 12PM EST, it will ship the same day.
If an order is placed after 12PM EST, it will ship the following business day.

No we do not. We currently ship only within the United States.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

TEMPORARY RETURN POLICY UPDATE: To ease returns for online orders, we have extended our current 30 day return policy to 60 days from the original order date.


RETURN POLICY:

• All merchandise must be returned within 60 days from the original order date.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

• Merchandise must have all Skarlett Blue tags and labels attached and be returned in original packaging.

• Shipping fees are not refundable.

• Any merchandise noted as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

• Returns received postmarked after 60 days from the original order date are ineligible for returns and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

• Skarlett Blue reserves the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health regulations.

• Panties must be in immaculate condition to receive a full refund.

• Skarlett Blue is not responsible for any missing return packages. We recommend getting a receipt for your return drop off as proof of return postage.

It can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return, once received it will be inspected. You will be notified via email within 72 hours of receipt that the return has been received and processed.

Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 10 business days to be posted to your account.

Our bra sizes currently range from A to H cup and start at 28 bands. However, we are not able to offer all bra styles in all sizes.
