Uncomfortable bra and undies don’t wear well

I wish I would have not taken the tags off of these bras because I would have returned them. I thought maybe washing them would make the fabric feel comfortable but it didn’t. I would also not classify them as t shirt bra’s the lace around the cup shows along with the cup fabric. The matching undies have several holes from the lace not holding up. I have washed and worn one pair once. I spent a lot of money on this order to be so unhappy with my choices this time. I have really loved all of the other items I have purchased.
