Shipping & Returns


We offer FREE shipping and returns on all orders shipped via USPS within the continental U.S. Depending on your shipping location, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are not guaranteed to go out the same day.

Your order is shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey. We currently do not ship internationally. Please refer to chart below for optional shipping methods:

Any orders placed over the weekend will go out on Monday, including priority shipments. Expedited orders received by 12 PM EST are shipped the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited orders received after 12 PM EST are shipped the following business day.

*In the event of a holiday or event, shipping times may vary and a notice will be provided at the top of the site.

Please note, UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. Orders shipped by USPS can take 3-7 business days to arrive. Carriers will not guarantee the arrival dates of packages. Please keep this in mind if you need a package to arrive on a particular date.

After you place an order online, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you do not receive this email, contact Customer Service at or call 1-866-762-6151 for investigation in this matter. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your shipping confirmation. This email will include your tracking number. If there is any shipping delay, our Customer Service team will notify you by email.

If you are having trouble placing an order due to credit card failure, contact Customer Service at or call 1-866-762-6151, so we can further investigate in this matter. We will respond back within 24 hours of operation. You can also contact your bank for credit card validation. 

Please note, once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes to it or cancel it. Please make sure to review your order carefully before placing if – we are NOT able to make any changes to the items or to the shipping address.



TEMPORARY RETURN POLICY UPDATE: To ease returns for online orders, we have extended our current 30 day return policy to 60 days from the original order date.  

We provide a free return label in every order. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please send the merchandise back using the pre-paid return label along with your filled out Merchandise Return Form so we can properly track and speed up the return process. If your label has been misplaced, contact Customer Service at or call us at 1-866-762-6151. 

All merchandise must be returned within 60 days from the original order date with all Skarlett Blue tags and labels attached. All merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.

Any returns received postmarked after 60 days from the original order date are ineligible for returns and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse. 

To ensure you receive a full refund, remember to:

  • Keep all tags and labels attached to the garments.
  • Try on panties over clean underwear. We can only give you a full refund if the panties are in immaculate condition
  • Prevent damage by removing your jewelry before trying on. Our lingerie is made from fine and delicate fabrics.
  • Prevent perfume, smoke or deodorant from getting on garments, even the smallest amount can discolor a bra or pair of panties which will disqualify them for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health regulations.

If you would like to exchange your item(s), please return the original item(s) for a refund on the product(s) you purchased and place a new order online

Please note Skarlett Blue uses USPS as its carrier for returns, which means that it can take up to two weeks for your item(s) to reach our warehouse. As soon as your return is received, it will be inspected and processed. We'll notify you via email within 72 hours of receipt that the return has been received and processed. Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 10 days to be posted to your account.

To check on the status of your return, please contact our Customer Service team at Skarlett Blue reserves the right to impose 10% handling charge for returned merchandise.
