Our Response to COVID-19

As the COVID-19 epidemic continues to evolve by the day, we are committed to doing our part to help slow the spread of the virus while we continue to operate.

We are closely monitoring the latest updates and guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local and national governments, and public health agencies to ensure the health and safety of our community.

Accordingly, we have implemented social distancing, as well as enhanced cleaning and sanitation at our warehouses. We have also advised our employees to follow a safety protocol of regular hand washing, no face touching and minimizing physical contact. We are also encouraging all of our employees to prioritize their health, and if they are feeling sick, to stay home.

For our customers, we are here for you. We realize that you have many priorities during this time, but want you to know that we are here. We will continue to monitor this situation and provide information and updates to you as we navigate through this time.

Shipping & Returns Information:

Due to the impact of COVID-19, you may experience a delay in your order. Please allow additional time for shipping and returns processing as we continue to practice safe social distancing at our warehouse.

To ease returns for online orders, we have temporarily extended our return policy to 60 days from the original order date effective May 20, 2020.
