We offer FREE shipping and returns on all orders shipped via USPS within the continental U.S. Depending on your shipping location, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are not guaranteed to go out the same day.

Your order is shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey. We currently do not ship internationally. Please refer to chart below for optional shipping methods:

Any orders placed over the weekend will go out on Monday, including priority shipments. Expedited orders received by 2 p.m. EST are shipped the same day, excluding holidays. Expedited orders received after 2 p.m. EST are shipped the following business day.

Please note, UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. Orders shipped by USPS can take 3-7 business days to arrive. Carriers will not guarantee the arrival dates of packages. Please keep this in mind if you need a package to arrive on a particular date.

After you place an order online, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.  If you do not receive this email, contact Customer Service at or call 1-866-762-6151 for investigation in this matter.   Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your shipping confirmation. This email will include your tracking number. If there is any shipping delay, our Customer Service team will notify you by email.

To cancel or change an order, contact Customer Service at or call 1-866-762-6151 within 1 hour of placing your order. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get merchandise on its way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

If you are having trouble placing an order due to credit card failure, contact Customer Service at or call 1-866-762-6151, so we can further investigate in this matter. We will respond back within 24 hours of operation. You can also contact your bank for credit card validation. 


We will provide a free return label with all orders. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please send the merchandise back using our return label along with your filled out Merchandise Return Form so we can properly track and speed up the return process. If your label has been misplaced, contact Customer Service at or call 1-866-762-6151. We will respond within 24 hours between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST Monday to Friday. 

The merchandise must be unworn and returned within 30 days from the original ship date. To ensure you receive a full refund, remember to:

  • Keep all care labels or hangtags intact
  • Try on panties over clean underwear. We can only give you a full refund if the panties are in  immaculate condition
  • Prevent damage by removing your jewelry before trying on. Our lingerie is made from fine and delicate fabrics
  • Prevent perfume, smoke or deodorant from getting on garments, even the smallest amount can discolor a bra or pair of panties which will disqualify them for return

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health regulations.

Please note that Skarlett Blue uses the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) as its carrier for returns, which means that it could take up to two weeks for your item(s) to reach our warehouse.  As soon as your return is received, it will be inspected and processed.  We will notify you by e-mail within 72 hours of receipt that the exchange/return has been received and processed.  Depending on your bank, credit card refunds will be posted to your account within 7-10 business days.

To check the status of an exchange or return, contact Customer Service at  Skarlett Blue reserves the right to impose 10% handling charge for returned merchandise.

To exchange an item, please refer to the Merchandise Return Form. Fill out the form with the information of the item you wish to exchange.  If you are requesting items that are worth more than the items you are sending back, please provide your credit card information on the Merchandise Return Form.  Your card will be charged for the additional cost of the exchanged item.  A new order will be placed and shipped out. If we do not have your requested exchange available, we will notify you by email.
